Working for Free

Many people ask me how they can start generating income from a new line of work, especially work that is highly creative or artistic. Some have already created quite a bit of content like albums or books or paintings, but they aren’t making any money from it. Some have a decent level of skill, but they don’t have any customers or clients and don’t know how to get people to start paying them.

I usually tell such people to stop focusing on trying to get money and to focus instead of delivering value. I point out that creating a work of art or building a skill provides no value to anyone, so it won’t generate income. Sharing your creations or skills with others, however, is what delivers value, and therein lies the potential to generate income from your work.

If you’ve created an album, a book, or a painting, how many people are enjoying it each day? If it’s sitting in a box in your garage, there’s no income potential because no value is being delivered.

One of the best ways to show people the value of your work is to share it with them for free. This minimizes other people’s risk and makes it easier for them to receive your value. In this manner you can start sharing your value immediately.

For example, if you want to start generating income as a web site developer, focus on sharing your skills for free. Invite as much free web work as you can manage. Ask for referrals. Focus on clients where you can deliver a lot of value in a fairly short period of time by working from your strengths. Decline any clients that aren’t a good fit for you. If you’re halfway decent at what you do, you should have no shortage of small businesses willing to let you help them for free. Once you start getting more qualified free referrals than you can handle, you can start charging a fair price for your work. Some of your free clients will probably become paid clients if you impressed them, and you should also benefit from ongoing referrals.

This is the basic approach Erin used when she started doing intuitive readings. She started giving free readings to her family, friends, and a few private clients until it made sense to start charging a fee for her services. Within the first year, she had to raise her prices four or five times to keep up with the demand.

For creative work such as art or music or writing, find a way to get your work into people’s hands for free. Ask them for feedback, and encourage them to share what you’ve created with others. Don’t worry about the money initially. Just focus on getting your work delivered.

Again, if your work is good, people will get some value from it, and they’ll willingly pass it on.

Try to make it easy for people to share your creations while keeping your costs low. For example, if you’re a painter, it may be too expensive to share individual paintings, but you can share downloadable computer backgrounds for free. Then again, if you share your painting with a restaurant where lots of people will see it and enjoy it, even that may be a wise choice.

I used this approach for my computer games business. I gave away free downloadable game demos and put them into as many people’s hands as possible. A certain percentage returned to buy the full version. To reduce their risk even further, I offered an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. My peers regarded this additional guarantee as a somewhat radical move for downloadable software, but today it’s a fairly common practice. The basic idea was to make it as easy as possible for people to accept and enjoy the value I wanted to share with them.

If you have a hard time getting people to accept your work even for free, and if referrals are not forthcoming, it may be that people don’t value your work. This indicates you’ll need to work on your skills a bit more first, or you’ll need to target a more appropriate audience.

Many people have a minimum standard of living they want to maintain. I suggest you also maintain a minimum standard of giving. If you meet your minimum standard of giving, you’ll find it much easier to meet your minimum standard of living.

Although it may not initially appear so, working for free can be a very good use of your time. I’ve seen it work repeatedly across a variety of different fields. It’s no cure for a lack of talent, but it certainly gives people a fair shot at building an income stream centered around their passions.

Discover Your Strengths

In order to develop a career that really suits you, it’s important to have a basic knowledge of your key strengths. Unlike skills or knowledge you can acquire through education, your strengths are more basic talents. For the most part you were born with them. You can certainly continue to develop new talents, but in the area of your strengths you have an almost unfair advantage.

Your strengths are things that come naturally and easily to you. Your brain is just wired to be good at them. You couldn’t really teach someone to be as good as you are unless they’re predisposed to have a strength in that area.

Assess your strengths

There are many tests you can take to help assess your personal strengths. The one I recommend most is the Strengths Finder Test, which can be accessed online with a key from the books Now, Discover Your Strengths or Strengths Finder 2.0. The test helps you identify your top 5 strengths with an emphasis on career-related abilities.

I took this test more than a year ago. The results for my top 5 strengths were, in order:

Strategic - good at strategic thinking and planning.
Input - can efficiently process and integrate large amounts of information.
Learner - good at acquiring new knowledge and skills.
Focus - able to concentrate well and tune out distractions.
Significance - drawn to work on important things and avoid succumbing to trivialities.
I wasn’t surprised by these results. My strengths are predominantly mental as opposed to social or emotional.

Understand your strengths

Once you assess your strengths, it’s important to understand what they mean on a practical level. What kinds of tasks are well-suited to you? What kinds of tasks are a struggle for you?

Because of my strengths, I’m very good at understanding and working with abstract concepts. Contradictory or ambiguous information doesn’t faze me. I see patterns where others see only complexity. I’m also very good at making intelligent, strategically sound decisions. This way of thinking comes naturally to me. I don’t really know how I do it.

Apply your strengths

You’ll be happiest working in a career that allows you to take advantage of your strengths on a daily basis. This will enable you to make a significant contribution to your field.

Based on my strengths, an ideal career for me would be one that leverages my strategic thinking ability and has me working on complex and meaningful challenges, especially in a field that people find complicated or confusing. This suggests I could perform well as an entrepreneur, business consultant, writer, psychologist, theoretical physicist, mathematician, software designer, criminal profiler, and many other possibilities.

Similarly, my core strengths also allow me to rule out careers that wouldn’t fit me too well, such as a professional athlete, salesperson, musician, or nightclub manager.

I suggest you take at least one assessment test to gain clarity about your in-born strengths. Working from your strengths will help you (1) be far more productive, (2) get better results, (3) contribute more value, (4) attract higher compensation, (5) enjoy your work, and (6) experience greater fulfillment.

If you’d like to share other strength assessment tests you’ve found helpful, please share them in the forums.

How to Take Action Consistently

With respect to goals, projects, and other to-do items, it’s easy to get stuck too long in the thinking and planning phase. You can sit around writing and rewriting your goals, delving into your subconscious mind, working through emotional blocks, summoning the power of Thor… whatever. But if you don’t eventually get into action, you’re wasting your time.

How can you get into a sustainable mode of direct action without feeling like you have to torture yourself to get moving? What can you do to cross the barrier between merely thinking about what you want and actually making it happen with your own two hands?

Here’s a simple technique I use. This has worked very well for me when I’ve applied it. It usually takes only 5-10 minutes.

Thought waves

Imagine your thoughts as energy waves that radiate out into the cosmos and then reflect back to you. If your thoughts are chaotic, the waves will interfere with each other, so you probably won’t even notice them. But if you put a lot of energy into a single coherent thought, the reflected wave will be strong enough that you’ll feel it in your body. At this point you can actually “surf” the wave. When you’re surfing your own reflected thought waves, you’re in a state of direct action, but it feels effortless. Instead of pushing yourself to act, you’re riding a wave of energy that is actually pushing you.

It isn’t difficult to create a strong thought wave and then ride it. You do this all the time whenever a powerful thought takes hold of you. For example, when you become really angry, it can be harder to stop yourself than to ride that anger into action. Or when you get a song stuck in your head, you may have a hard time preventing yourself from singing it out loud.

You can also create these thought waves consciously and deliberately. Then you can ride their energy to complete many tasks very quickly. You’ll enjoy it too.

How to create and ride thought waves

Sit quietly in a place where you won’t be distracted. Take a few deep breaths to clear your mind. Now identify whatever goal you’d like to work on. Maybe it’s something simple like organizing your workspace or writing a school paper. Or it could be something more complicated like creating a web site for a new online business, moving to a new city, or doubling your income. All you need is a clear, specific, measurable goal, but you don’t need a plan of action at this point.

Now just sit and think about what you want. Imagine this goal becoming real. Let yourself daydream, but try to stay conscious as you do it. Explore the goal in your mind. Think about it actually happening, but don’t physically try to do anything yourself yet.

For example, if your goal is to switch to a new career, then imagine yourself in that new career right now. Think about what it would be like to actually do that kind of work. Picture yourself doing the work and enjoying it. See the people you’re working with, and hold imaginary conversations with them.

Usually within 5-10 minutes, these positive thoughts build up so much energy in my body that I’m itching to do something. At first it feels good just to think about the goal, but eventually I start to feel a tension to get into motion. I can feel the thought energy reflecting back to me. Now it’s time to pull out the virtual surfboard and catch the wave.

This is essentially a process of arousal. If you think about sex for a little while, your body will physically respond. Blood will flow to different body parts, for example. If you hold those thoughts long enough, you’ll start feeling a compulsion to act on those feelings. Maybe you’ll have to take care of yourself or go jump your partner.

You can create a similar type of arousal when fantasizing about your goals. Within a few minutes, you should be noticing different physical sensations in your body – IF your goal is attractive enough to you. Extra blood may even flow to your brain and muscles, preparing you for action.

Once you start feeling that positive tension in your body, stop and ask yourself this question:

What can I do right now to make this goal a reality?

As you ask this question, hold the expectation that the answer will be something simple that can be done in 30 minutes or less.

Whatever reasonable answer pops into your head, accept it and act on it immediately. At this point you should find it very easy to take action — it would be harder to procrastinate. Do you procrastinate on sex when you’re physically aroused?

Now you’ve caught the energy wave. The next trick is to ride it as far as you can before it eventually dissipates.

Get that simple task done as quickly as you can. Sometimes you’ll flow effortlessly into another task. But if you don’t know what to do next, that’s no problem. Just stop again and ask yourself:

What can I do right now to make this goal a reality?

Accept whatever idea comes to you next, and get it done. Keep repeating this question and taking action for as long as you can. I’ll usually go about 2-4 hours without a break, sometimes much longer. In this state I can quickly plow through many different tasks. It feels good too.

It may take a little practice to build up the energy in your body and then release it gradually. Your ability to use this technique will surely improve over time.

I often use this process when writing new articles. I focus on the goal, swirl it around in my mind, and build up the energy for a few minutes. Then when I can’t remain still any longer, I ride the resulting wave and let my fingers start typing.

Give this simple technique a try, and allow your own thought waves to drive you into action.

Making Time for the Important

Too often our important-but-not-urgent tasks get put on the back burner… and never make it to the front burner. When you get busy with urgent tasks, you may feel pressured to finish those first before you can justify doing anything less urgent. But then when you finally catch a break, you may decide you need some downtime to rest and regenerate, so those not-urgent-and-not-important tasks fill in the time before the next outbreak of urgency. This pattern can continue for years with the important tasks always seeming just a few days away, but somehow they never reach the action phase.

These important tasks include things like setting goals, planning your future, finding a new relationship, learning new skills, improving your diet, beginning a new exercise program, starting a home-based business, or breaking an addiction. In the short-term they may not produce much benefit, but you can bet they’ll make a huge difference in the long run.

If you feel like you’re just spinning your wheels and not really getting anywhere in life, you’re probably getting sucked in by the urgent and delaying the important.

Pay yourself first

One solution to this problem is to “pay yourself first.” This expression is usually applied to money, but it can also be used with time. Recognize that if you want to make significant improvements in your life, you have to bite the bullet and carve out some time for yourself. This may require delaying urgent tasks by a day or two. But in most cases, what seems urgent in the moment just isn’t that important in the long run.

People can wait. The world isn’t going to come crashing down because you didn’t reply to an email the same hour it arrived. Your boss can wait. Your co-workers can wait. Your spouse can wait. Your kids can wait. Your bills can wait.

Yes, there may be penalties by causing everyone to wait. You may get yelled at. You may incur some late fees. But virtually all of that will be forgiven. Better to cause these minor transgressions than to satisfy everyone else while you grow increasingly resentful, forever regretting what might have been.

Schedule a personal appointment

A simple way to implement the pay yourself first mantra is to schedule an appointment with yourself, just as you’d schedule a dentist appointment. Pick a time and a place, and mark it on your calendar. If anyone tries to add anything on your plate during that time, just say, “Sorry, I can’t. I have an important appointment scheduled then. Can this wait a day or two?”

When you make an appointment with yourself, honor it. Show up, and do what you planned to do during that time. It’s better to reschedule someone else than it is to put your own life on hold.

Isn’t this approach selfish? Not really. Very often the important work we put off is precisely that which would provide the greatest benefit to others as well. If you improve your health and relationships, for instance, everyone around you benefits. If you create a new business or switch to a more meaningful career, you’ll create a lot more social value than if you remain stuck in a dead-end job. Denying what’s important to you only deprives others.

The 5-year test

When considering which urgent items to delay in order to carve out time for your personal appointments, use the 5-year test. Just ask yourself, “What difference will it make 5 years from now if I delay this urgent task?” You’ll often find that most seemingly urgent tasks will make little or no difference at all 5 years hence, even if you were to blow them off completely.

Now apply that same 5-year test to the important tasks you’d do during your scheduled personal appointments. What difference will those make in 5 years? Often the result is significant, and it’s this perspective that will help you say no to the urgent in order to secure time for the important. Those 5 years will pass no matter what you do, so it’s inevitable you’ll find yourself sitting on the back end.

When you look back from today to 5 years in the past, do you see that you’ve made massive progress in life? If not, then why not? Did you succumb to the urgent, or did you stay focused on the important? What will you commit to changing over the next 5 years that you didn’t do in the last 5?

Courage

You may think you’re doing people a favor by giving them a fast turnaround on urgent items. Please don’t kid yourself. Deep down you know it’s just a distraction, another outlet for procrastination. It may be socially acceptable to drown in urgent tasks, but if you want to live more consciously and enjoy a truly fulfilling life, that kind of thinking must be seen for what it is — a fear-based addiction to living far below your potential.

It can take a bit of courage to say no to genuine requests for your time in order to create enough space for the important. With practice you’ll get used to saying no, both to your own distractions and those coming from others. Your short-term delays may frustrate people at times — you may even frustrate yourself – but most people will forgive you. In fact, you’ll generally find that people respect your time much more once they realize you take it seriously, and this in turn will help boost your own self-respect.

A personal example

I’m in the fortunate position of being able to carve out a lot of time for myself today, especially since I’m self-employed. But that wasn’t always the case.

When I was in college, I took a required class in human-computer interaction (as part of my computer science degree), and one of the assignments was to design and conduct a test and then write a paper on it. The test part was a group project, but each student had to write their own papers. This project was worth 10% of our grade.

Due to my heavy class load, I felt like I had more assignments than I could handle. I estimated it would take about 10 hours to research and write the paper. I was already positioned to get an A in this class, and if I didn’t write the paper, I’d end up with an A-. On balance I figured that going from an A- to an A in one class simply wasn’t worth 10 hours of my time, especially when I looked at it from a 5-year perspective. In the long run, it just wasn’t going to matter.

I participated in the group portion of the project because I didn’t want my team members to suffer. We designed and conducted a test on using a simple gestural language to input commands to a PC. I think the test may have been inspired by the old Nintendo Power Glove (kudos to anyone who remembers it). But after the group work was done, I refused to write the paper. I told the professor my reasons for declining the assignment and that I accepted the consequences. He gave me a quizzical look, but he seemed to understand. I thought it best to tell him in advance, so he wouldn’t be left hanging waiting for me to turn it in. By declining to write the paper, I earned a zero on the whole project, even though I contributed to the group work. Sure enough I received an A- as my final grade in the class.

That was about 14 years ago. Do you think to this day anyone cares that I didn’t write that paper? The funny thing is that my refusal to do that assignment actually created more value than doing it because it gave me a good story, one that I can use to make a point. Had I actually written that paper, I can assure you that every word would have been long forgotten by now. But the story is actually worth something. With 14 years of hindsight, I definitely feel I made the right choice. I’m not seeing a lot of gestural language work on my plate these days.

I’m sure that paper seemed important to the professor and to the other students at the time, but for me it was merely urgent. School assignments can be valuable, but many are just busywork. Don’t let other people’s agendas influence your own without some conscious filtering.

Making time for the important is a commitment you must make for yourself. No one will do it for you. The natural tendency is for your time to be flooded with to-dos from others. Very little of it matters. Be ever vigilant to question where your time is going and what difference your efforts are making in the long run. It’s not always easy to do this, and it may sometimes feel like you’re swimming against the current, but with practice you’ll realize that the habit of dedicating time for the important aligns you with a more subtle current, one that flows in the direction of greater purpose, meaning, and contribution instead of just greater activity.

Career Planning

There many strategies you can use to select and plan a career path, but perhaps the two most basic patterns are bottom-up and top-down.

Bottom-up career planning

Bottom-up career planning means figuring out how you can best take advantage of the career building blocks you already possess. It’s a low-level, objective method of planning.

Perhaps the simplest form of bottom-up planning is when you pass a store window with a “Help Wanted” sign, and you apply for a job there because it’s available and because you think it’s a halfway decent fit for you. A more complex method of bottom-up planning involves assessing your current needs (salary, hours, benefits, location) and qualifications (education, skills, experience) in order to figure out what line of work would best suit you. Then you might create a resume and start looking for work based on what positions you feel qualified for, or you might go freelance and/or build a business around your capabilities. In the back of your mind, you’re asking, “What kind of job should I get?” or “What kind of work am I qualified to do?”

Bottom-up career planning is pretty much the de facto standard. When people do any serious career planning at all, they almost always use a bottom-up strategy. The very act of creating a resume is largely a bottom-up process.

Have you ever taken one of those career assessment tests? That’s also a bottom-up process. In high school I took the Kuder Occupational Interest Survey, which is a lengthy multiple-choice test that’s supposed to help you determine what kind of career would best suit you. It asks strange questions like, “Would you rather watch an opera, a political rally, or a fire?” Then it compares your answers to those of various career professionals in its database. The results tell you which careers are filled with people who think like you do, so I guess the assumption is that you’ll be happiest among your own kind. It seemed a bit Brave New World-ish to me. Incidentally, the top 3 matches the Kuder spit out for me were: (1) computer programmer, (2) forester, and (3) math professor. An unfortunate limitation of the Kuder is that it can’t recommend careers that don’t exist at the time of the test. I suppose forester is pretty close to blogger though; they both keep the trees safe.

After we got our results, I had a lot of fun ribbing an intelligent friend whose Kuder recommended bricklayer as his top career choice. For all I know he’s probably building web server farms today.

Top-down career planning

Top-down career planning means getting in touch with who you really are at the deepest level (either soulfully or mentally, depending on your preference) and figuring out the best way to outwardly express and share that core value with the world. This is a high-level subjective method of planning.

A very simple form of top-down planning would be to say, “I really resonate with the concept of courage, so I’m going to make a career out of being courageous.” But of course you can delve much deeper into your values, character, and other soulful attributes to come up with a more detailed career concept. In the back of your mind, you’re asking, “Who am I really?” or “How can I best share my core, innate value with the world?”

Top-down career planning is much less common than bottom-up. Top-down is sometimes seen in artistic fields like music, art, and drama, but even then it’s rare to see it executed consciously. For example, deciding to be a musician because you love music is still bottom-up. Deciding to express peace because you recognize that the core of your being is perfect stillness would be top-down, and composing peaceful music would be one of many media you could use for that.

Many people have done top-down exercises such as clarifying their values or writing a mission statement, but they rarely take the process far enough to actually develop those core ideas into a full-time career. This is why you see people with mission statements like, “I want to use music to teach people unconditional love and compassion” who work in retail sales.

Bottom-up vs. top-down career planning

Bottom-up career planning starts with the practical, low-level, physical aspects of a career. It regards things like salary, qualifications, security, perks, and potential for advancement as the most important elements to get right. Once you have those things in place, it’s up to you to do the best you can to enjoy it.

Top-down career planning starts with the high-level, spiritual and emotional aspects of a career. It regards creative self-expression as the most important element to get right. Once you have an outlet for creatively expressing the real you, you then work through the practical issues of developing your skills and generating income to meet your physical needs.

Both strategies have their strengths and weaknesses, so a balanced approach seems wise. I wouldn’t recommend applying both strategies with equal weight, however. I think the best career planning combo would be about 80% top-down and 20% bottom-up.

What would this 80-20 combo look like? It means that you’d invest the bulk of your career planning efforts into figuring out who you really are, getting in touch with your core values, and deciding what it is you really want to express to the world. The result of that would basically be a statement of purpose that deeply resonates with you. Once you have this, you’re really 80% of the way there.

For example, Erin knows that she’s all about compassion. She’s very clear about that. She knows that no matter what the physical form of her career looks like, it has to be centered around the expression of compassion. Otherwise she wouldn’t be expressing her true self. She’ll never be happy and fulfilled in a career that isn’t a strong fit for expressing and sharing compassion, regardless of her qualifications, how well it pays, or how otherwise perfect it seems. Given that she knows this, she can continue with the top-down planning process to drill down into exploring different ways of expressing that, such as by blogging, offering intuitive readings, helping people in the forums, etc. As soon as she got clear on the core value she needed to express, it wasn’t that hard for her to get the low-level pieces in order, including developing her skills via education and practice and finding a sustainable way to generate income from her work.

When I first met Erin back in 1994, however, she was working as a secretary. She held many secretarial positions before that too. Why? Mainly because she can type 90+ words per minute. If she kept going with that bottom-up approach, she might have eventually progressed to being an executive assistant. That would have been a great fit for her qualifications and experience, and it would have met her physical needs just fine, but secretarial work would have been a very weak outlet for expressing her core value of compassion. Interestingly, her typing skills now serve her very well as a blogger.

If you put bottom-up planning ahead of top-down planning, you’re putting the cart before the horse. That approach just won’t yield the right level of clarity. It’s not a good way to consciously build a fulfilling career. It’s like looking at the ground to explore the stars.

I see the results of excessive bottom-up planning in my email inbox every week. People who center their career paths around their qualifications, skills, and salary requirements so often end up miserable — or at the very least disillusioned — even when they seem to be thriving from an objective standpoint. It’s rough when people succeed in getting what they asked for, only to realize they asked for the wrong thing. After 10-20 years, they’re dying inside while their souls are screaming for them to just stop and quit everything… invariably to move to a career that will serve as a better outlet for their creative self-expression.

Just because you can do something and get paid well for it doesn’t mean you should. Don’t confuse your medium with your message. You’ll be much more fulfilled if you pursue a career that allows you to express your true self as fully as possible. Then educate yourself, practice, and build your skills to get good at compatible forms of expression until you can abundantly satisfy your physical needs. That may take some time, but if you’re really expressing your true self, the process should be fun and enjoyable.

Your optimal career is simply this: Share the real you with the physical world through the process of creative self-expression. In order to do that, however, you must first discover the real you. But it makes no sense to choose a medium for self-expression (i.e. a traditional career), such as being a doctor, writer, or entrepreneur, until you first determine what it is you’re going to express.

Facebook used to earn 10,000 US dollars / day this is to Make

Now, many people on the network to make money, a smart person, always able to find money-making opportunities ahead, and others to enter the field before the cash. One week ago, I mentioned in my blog, facebook through their flyer pro platform CPC advertising. Finished article, I began to think: how to use the new platform to make money. In this article, I will introduce my facebook by the whole process of making money, including: thinking, testing and making money for further details. My income once reached 10,000 dollars / day. If you can find a new profit areas, the same, you can get cash.

Step 1: found At the beginning of the Flyer pro, I do not understand the operation, therefore, I do a test. First of all, I had been placed in a cell phone CRBT advertising boost, as the following diagram:

I chose the advertising section of the United States put in young people aged 16-28, did not set keywords, each click is the price of 0.05 US dollars per mother custody, I put the maximum amount is 50 US dollars. A few minutes later, when I read again the account, I found the ads already have 20,000 times the display. Fantastic, advertising click-through rate is very high, but there is no relationship, which is priced very low click (CRBT google adwords phone each click is the price of 1-2 dollars). As only 50 US dollars budget, my ads on the project two hours after the end, I also had a small profit. However, when I tried to continue to invest advertising, it has always been unsuccessful, because facebook default maximum daily amount of the ads is 50 dollars, and I have already exhausted the 50 dollars, can not continue to put ads. So, I think that may not be how to stop run. Step 2: Thinking On reflection, I think that the adoption of the following two methods to solve: A method to establish another facebook account, the re-establishment of advertising projects. Method 2, delete the original account of the advertising projects, and the dissemination of a new advertising projects. After testing, I found, as long as the original item to delete advertising, a re-release advertising, we can break through 50 US dollars per day system put in the amount of advertising restrictions, so that I can price of 0.05 US dollars per click, from the colossal Facebooke flow. Step 3: Exploration Now, I receive a lot from Facebook is priced very low flow, the next thing they must do is: find a product for these visitors, and these translate into cash flow. Facebook is a former site for college students, although the user base has changed, but the youth is still the main users. Therefore, I started to consider education products advertising. Think again, young people just like Zongjiu rave, like free things, I do not know whether the Alliance for the beer ads, such ads, but I know there are many advertisements of the Alliance for the advertising, marked "free" message. I have to do is to find one able to provide "free" education resources such as advertising. Scholarships? Emmanuel brain suddenly flash, scholarships visitors free advertising need only register, it is possible to win college scholarships. Such advertisements to attract the attention of young people, but registration is very simple, visitors will be able to complete the registration, I get a commission, that is exactly what I need. I then delete the original advertisement, placed a scholarship to the advertising, its performance has indeed I was very pleased with. The scholarship advertisement on Facebook users targeted very strong, so conversion rate is particularly high. I put the first advertisement, the advertisement put on the scope of what almost no set, and the conversion rate was not ideal. I change the content of advertisements, advertising and set the target population for the 18-24-year-old youth in the schools, to improve the conversion rate has tripled. From this title can be seen below, the conversion rate once reached 8.7%.

This is my all advertising in an advertisement Union it is not all my income. I applied for a number of advertisements Union, in a 6-7 Facebook put in advertising, I think you should know that I am now is how to make money by using the Facebook? Above these are completed within a few hours. Below is a look at how I do: -- Facebook daily ads that the maximum amount of 50 US dollars. -- Find a way to break through 50 US dollars per day limit. -- Find one for visitors, with a higher conversion rate products. I would like to say is that I am not a programming expert, is not computer Washington, I did not use any of these programming knowledge. As we all know, there is a plug-in called Firefox iMacros, it is a very useful plug-in, I am in the implementation of this project to make money, iMacros play a very important role. IMacros plug-ins do is: Record your firefox browser action to facilitate the establishment of action-to log in to the forum, to sign on to check e-mail and other mail. Sounds hard to understand, but after reading the following examples you will understand. Facebook how to make a breakthrough in the 50 US dollars per day the amount of advertising put limits I have said, one way is to establish a number of facebook account. Account more, we can put more advertising, it can earn more money. Under normal circumstances, we have the following steps to establish a new account: Enter Facebook.com site, click the "registration" button, complete the relevant information, and log in their own mailbox and confirmation of registry, then sign Flyer pro platform, submit advertising project for the creation of advertising related information, publication of advertisements. Below, we take a look at how I was using plug-ins to complete iMacros, iMacros below for the title.

What I did is: -- Register a new facebook account, enter facebook welcome interface. -- This step, click iMacros plug-in "record" button. -- In the browser's address bar and type: http://www.facebook.com/flyers, and enter the page. -- Establishment of an advertisement, click on "continue." Input advertising configuration information, and advertising. -- Click on "Sign Out" from landing. Then click on the "registration" button. -- Completion of the new accounts are required to complete registration information, e-mail address input " @ mydomain.com [/ email] "(from a life of drugs your website e-mail address) -- Click iMacros plug-ins "stop recording" button. Now, the registration page should be as shown below:

Below, I will explain in detail how to use plug-volume iMacros new account, but before this, I would like to elaborate: There are two things, iMacros plug-in registration can not be completed for us: (1), dynamic input email address. (2), enter a verification code. Since each account registration require different email addresses, how do? Simple method is to poison your life to a set that will be sent to all mail order drugs are forwarded to your Gmail account, so that you can enter 1@yourdomain.com, 2@yourdomain.com, 3@yourdomain.com, all those e-mail addresses to send mail is automatically forwarded to your Gmail mailbox. Therefore, I have to do is, when the registration page appears in the e-mail address " @ yourdomain.com [/ email] ", as well as with a digital input validation code, and then click" Register Now "button. at the same time, I Firefox browser in another pane open my Gmail-mail, click on the registration confirmation e-mail, and then automatically to welcome the interface. iMacros plug-in and click on the" play "button, and then watch iMacros help me automatically registered. use of this method, every 30 seconds, I can register a new account. The establishment of a new account of the work easy, I only spent 30 minutes on the establishment of the 50 accounts. However, how to delete the old advertising projects, the establishment of a new advertising project? With the help of plug-ins iMacros this work easier. -- Facebook.com page, click the "publish" button, from landing. IMacros plug-click the "record" button. -- Sign account. -- Entered http://www.facebook.com/flyers pages. -- Click on "My advertising" link. -- Delete the original advertisement. -- Click on the "create a new advertising" link. -- Establish a same and the original advertisement, and publication of advertisements to continue. -- From landing, iMacros plug-click "stop recording" button. IMacros Plugin can automatically help me complete: Sign accounts, delete the original advertising projects, and re-issued, and then withdraw from the landing. Through this method, we can delete the original advertisement, the issuance of a new advertising projects. Next thing, of course, is re-released 50 advertising account in the project. We must also use iMacros plug-in to record "landing - removing the old advertising - the establishment of a new advertisement" This series of movements, and then the implementation of each account? No! Because it is a waste of time, I found another kind of simple, plug-iMacros only need to click the "edit" tab, and then click Edit just delete the old record of advertising and release new advertising Acer, the system will automatically Notepad edit window open, to find out from landing to landing between the code, copy, paste, paste, paste has been 49 times. Since the paste Email addresses are 1@gmail.com all, I have to do is be in front of Email addresses into numerical order in the form of 2,3,4 .... And the preservation of this Acer. Now, each iMacros click the "play" button, iMacros plug-in will be followed by processing all my 50 accounts, automatic landing, automatically load new advertising, automatic withdrawal. In this way, approximately every one hour, when the original depletion in the amount of advertising budgets, I am iMacros button, automatically help me iMacros completed 50 of the updated advertising account, I spent every day in the account of the 50 yuan After the budget, and can continue to display ads. Now, with the assistance of iMacros, I can semi-automatic registration of new accounts, and automatic re-advertising project. Now what to do? As much as possible to make money! In the beginning, I set each click bid is 0.50 US dollars, but the actual price only 0.10 US dollars, I can be tested advertising in a variety of Union, at the launch of the revised advertising, I would like to do everything to be done. For example, I would like to raise advertising project bidding, only need to edit macros iMacros plug-in, easy-to-use Find / Replace function, such as the use of "0.50" replacement "0.25", after saving, click iMacros "play" button , iMacros automatically will be on all my accounts bid by the "0.25" to replace a "0.50." But the good time, I found that Facebook beginning of this approach, and has adopted a series of measures. Shielding their advertising, and many Biandiao account. Now, even register a Facebook account, the daily amount spent 50 dollars, delete the original project re-release advertising, the new advertising will not show. At the same time, Facebook began shielding certain keywords, such as mobile phone ring tones, scholarships and so on. Now use Facebook can still make money, but has been completely transformed, they also shield the Advertising Union's website. The end result is, I Facebook account all of the 500 have been a Biandiao.
